Breakfast Tips





Breakfast the most important meal of the day.
We are breaking the "fast" from the night before.  Think about going on a long car trip.  Would you start with an empty tank of gas?  I didn't think so.
  That's why starting your day with breakfast is so important.   Try including some protein in your first meal.  This includes eggs, yogurt, protein powder.
There is also evidence that when you eat breakfast you don't binge later on at night.
