
It is not surprising to find out that not only does exercise make us feel better , help us lose weight, and build bone density, but it helps to reduce cholesterol in women. The study done at eh University of North Carolina found that just adding one extra hour of moderate physical activity lowered levels of cholesterol than those who exercised less.
This study indicates the importance of increasing our physical activity for our overall health and well-being.
